Most people include a little blurb at the end of their blogs with what they’re listening to. Of course I’m the person who wants to make a whole blog entry out of what i’m listening to. For as long as I’ve been journaling (even in the pre-internet blogging days with the good old pen and paper) music has been incorporated into expressing what I’m thinking… not just in what I’m saying through the lyrics but through the whole of the music composition. In my teenage and college years I was constantly drinking up and looking for new music to get lost in. Especially something with a STRONG bass line and crazy drumming action. These days, that has been replaced with scripture from God’s word (praise the Lord for that!) but I still usually leave my ipod on shuffle on the hopes that I come across something amazing. I think my taste in music still says a lot about me (like there are still remains from my punk music days running in me).

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately, and these are the songs I’ve been playing over and over.
